Inside Sales Associate – Wealth Management


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced, mature, and bilingual individual for our inside sales associate position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-performance environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in attaining our client acquisition and business growth objectives.

To be successful, the chosen candidate must be comfortable making cold calls, qualifying prospects, following up on potential opportunities, developing marketing ideas and executing active campaigns.

· Outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.

· Research lists to find qualified prospects.

· Identify new opportunities.

· Organize and implement warm marketing campaigns.

· Organize and manage lead generation marketing campaigns.

· Follow up on existing prospects in the sales process.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Bilingual: French and English proficiency is a must

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Computer literacy: Online research, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

· Prospecting Skills, Motivation for Sales

· Sales or business development experience
